For all the international internship there is special experience.
i can imagine experiences that you can live during internship in USA or something like that. In the new ID3 class we are many who want to abroad.
Me i would like to make internship but not only why not live in france.

so now my experience
Danemark,
i didn't work there but i study there.
it's a nice country, people are nices and very happy.
i went there for erasmus so i spend a lot of time to make party. and no professional work.
Between to party we had classes!! ;-)
In DK how is work?
Condition of work are very nice they are verry carefull at ergonomic at work, how long you are spending at work, condition with colleagues,.. in professional world people are changing company each 3 years very logic in Denmark.

Cost: price are more expensive than in france not a lot but enough to be visible in shop. there is a big difference with alcohol. Salary are also bigger, but there is a lot of taxes. In DK the most expansive taxe are for cars, when you are buying are car it's arround 2,5 times more expensive that in france. it's a verry ecologic country.

A lot of people are using bikes, it's like in Nederland. Everyone is using a bike even in rain, wind and snow.
it's a small country in the middle of the sea, ok not totally but almost.
There is island like Copenhagen, and some other.
In DK everything is smaller Copenhagen

in a shorter way DK is nice country if you have the possibility, go there, visit, work, ..

I can share a bit of my experience in the US. I've been intern in San Francisco for the last 6 months and I now work for Apple (and still living in SF).
The main difference is, for sure, money. You'll be well paid, even as an intern, in the US. From what I know, One&Co is the most generous agency with something around $3000 per month, Fuse is the lowest salary with $1400. Then every other agencies are between 1500 and 2500 dollars per month.
Wooh, American dream?! A kind of, because the life is pretty expensive there. Especially housing, for a bedroom with roommates, count between $800 and $1100 a month. Everyday life if a bit more expensive than in France, especially food (do not convert euros to dollars, that useless and doesn't mean anything).

Anyway, the usual salary is way enough to live in SF. And the city is really nice, kind of strange sometimes but with a lot of fun and places to hang out. The design community is really dynamic like nowhere in the world, with design parties or events, that's a good place to meet a lot of professionnals.

If you're interested in an internship in the US, do not hesitate, that's a great experience and a lot of fun. Don't hesitate if you need any other info
